I'm Ben McGauhey, and I run Captain's Custom Shop a little differently. When you call us, you're talking to the person who will design your project, oversee every cut, and make sure the installation is right. No sales department, no middlemen, no game of telephone between the people planning your project and the people building it. We use CAD renderings so you can see exactly what you're getting before we ever touch a piece of lumber, and CNC precision manufacturing to make sure the finished product matches that design down to the millimeter. From our shop in Kingston to your home — your project stays in the hands of people who actually care how it turns out.
